1. Scope and app license
Kandola LLC is the independent studio behind Arveli and SiftFrame. This page covers use of this website and explains product-specific terms and limitations.
Apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is shown with the app. That license governs app licensing, including its applicable usage rights, warranty provisions, and liability terms. The core health limitations below reflect the bundled Arveli Terms of Use, version 2, dated October 2, 2026, with additional explanations of current features. This website revision does not change the Apple app license. The company name on this page was updated to Kandola LLC on October 15, 2026.
2. Arveli is a recordkeeping tool
Arveli helps you record and organize health information. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, assess medication safety, or replace advice from a health care professional. Health Focus profiles and life stages reflect the choices you make; the app does not determine that you have a condition, are pregnant, or have entered menopause. Pregnancy outcomes and recovery tracking are records you choose to enter.
Educational material, medication labels, questions about recorded history, and reports are for information and preparation. They do not establish a diagnosis or clinical recommendation. Arveli is not an emergency service. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.
3. Estimates and recorded patterns
Calendar estimates cannot confirm ovulation or reliably predict its exact day. Do not use Arveli to decide when unprotected sex is safe. Estimates are not contraception or clinical decision support. Comparisons describe recorded differences and do not establish their cause. Missing records remain unknown.
How calendar estimates work
After at least two completed, included cycle intervals, Arveli uses up to twelve intervals and its median-based period forecast. The estimated ovulation range is the forecast period range shifted thirteen days earlier. The fertile-window envelope starts eighteen days before the earliest forecast period date and ends thirteen days before the latest. These inclusive dates reflect a fixed calendar assumption and your recorded variability; they are not a calibrated confidence interval.
LH tests and other signals
The first recorded positive LH test in an eligible, anchored current cycle can adjust the estimated fertile window to four days before through one day after that test. Further positive tests do not continually move it. A positive LH test does not confirm ovulation, and negative or inconclusive results do not establish infertile days. Basal temperature, sleeping wrist temperature, and discharge are separate observations without prediction weights in this version. An explicitly selected Apple Health LH source remains separate from your Arveli records.
Life stages and comparisons
Life stage and contraception choices affect estimate availability. Perimenopause can make timing especially uncertain. Life-stage tracking suggestions are based on reviewed Office on Women’s Health sources and do not diagnose a stage or recommend treatment. Comparisons show recorded values and coverage, not clinical normality, statistical significance, or medication effects.
The calendar method is independently implemented from published rules, including Apple’s cycle-tracking calculations and Clue’s prediction calculations. Arveli does not claim clinical validation, numerical accuracy, or equivalence to another app’s predictor.
4. Information, questions, and planning tools
Ask answers supported questions about recorded facts using local calculations. Optional on-device language assistance classifies a question; it does not provide a medical answer. Pattern Map, Recorded Together, Pain Locations, Body Signals, recaps, and Compare describe what was recorded and the available coverage. An association, a difference between two periods, or a chart of body signals does not establish a cause, clinical normality, medication effect, diagnosis, or pregnancy or illness detection.
Medication entries and Taken or Skipped logs record your actions. Arveli does not check interactions, dose suitability, medication safety during pregnancy, or whether a treatment is appropriate. DailyMed labels are source information, not personalized prescribing advice; check the selected product, source, and date, and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.
The Health Library, pregnancy timeline, and Care catalog contain reviewed educational material. Content coverage is limited, pregnancy entries are not available for every week, and bundled material changes through app updates. Care links are not a live provider directory, a guarantee of availability, or legal advice. Current laws, services, and individual medical questions require appropriate current sources or professional help.
Daily Kits are personal checklists, and Together prepares support guides and messages you choose to share. Checkmarks do not record treatment or confirm that care occurred. Together does not create live partner or clinician access to your journal. Calendar copies and reminders are conveniences; do not rely on them as your only way to remember care, medication, or appointments.
Pregnancy journal photos and notes are personal records. Side-by-side views and slideshows are presentation tools and do not assess physical changes or pregnancy health. Only import and share material you have the right to use.
5. Your records and choices
Arveli stores your journal locally. Connecting Apple Health or a paired Watch, enabling reminders, creating backups, and sharing information are choices you control. New notification and widget setups can show informative content, and Watch setup applies detailed disclosures after authentication; use the privacy settings to choose the visibility you want. Review permissions and sharing previews, protect your device and recovery keys, and keep any backups you need. Kandola LLC cannot recover an on-device journal or a lost backup key for you.
Encrypted restore replaces the existing local health history after validation and a preview; it does not merge histories. Readable exports include private notes and journal photos. External destinations control information you choose to send to them. Deleting app data does not delete copies already exported, backed up, saved to Calendar, or shared, or the original photos in your photo library. Read the Arveli privacy policy for the details.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Arveli is free to download with optional Arveli Plus monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. SiftFrame is free to download with an optional one-time Pro purchase. Prices, features, billing periods, and any eligible trial or promotional terms are shown by the app and Apple before purchase. Store prices may vary by region and change over time.
Apple processes payments and manages App Store subscriptions. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled according to the terms shown at purchase. Trial availability and eligibility are confirmed by Apple and can differ by plan and account; a free trial is not promised for every purchase. If you do not want a trial to renew, Apple instructs you to cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account. Removing an app does not cancel its subscription.
Arveli’s core logging, raw history, Apple Health, basic clinician reports for any range, privacy controls, readable export, encrypted backup and restore, and deletion remain Free. Daily Kits and Together, including their sharing options, are also Free. Plus adds longer or deeper derived analysis and additional presentation features. If Plus ends, your records remain readable, editable, exportable, restorable, and deletable; paid derived views and conveniences may no longer be available. Current Free and Plus details are shown in the app.
Use the app’s restore-purchases option with the Apple account that made the purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s applicable process and policies. See Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions and Apple’s refund instructions. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Using SiftFrame
Only capture, import, or share material you are entitled to use. Respect the privacy and rights of other people and obtain any consent required for a recording.
Text recognition and sampled-frame search may omit or misread content. Review originals when accuracy matters. Redaction and export tools require your review before sharing; check the resulting file for information you intend to keep private. Library indexing is not a substitute for a backup of your original files.
See SiftFrame privacy for local storage, permissions, originals, and deletion.
