1. Browsing the site
The Kandola LLC website has no visitor account, checkout, advertising pixel, marketing form, or visitor-profile analytics operated by Kandola LLC. It does not receive the records in your Arveli or SiftFrame apps.
The hosting and delivery providers may process ordinary request and security information such as your IP address, browser details, requested page, and timestamp to serve and protect the site. Their operational retention and handling apply to that information.
2. Your appearance preference
If you choose light or dark appearance, the site saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. It is used to remember the display setting, not to identify you or track you between sites.
Choosing system appearance removes the saved override. You can also clear it through your browser’s site-data controls. The website does not set marketing or analytics cookies.
3. Outside links and support email
App Store links and other external links take you to services with their own policies. Email links open your chosen email app; no message is sent merely by clicking a link.
When you contact developksgroup@gmail.com, we receive the address and content you send and use them to respond to your request. The email providers involved process those messages. Please do not send health records, recovery keys, private capture libraries, or other sensitive information.
Support correspondence may be kept while needed for the request and related follow-up. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent, subject to applicable obligations.
4. Your choices and changes
You can browse without creating an account, change or clear your appearance preference, and decide whether to follow external links or email us. For privacy questions, contact developksgroup@gmail.com.
